Buy a Dairy Barn (level 7, 1000 gold) from the Marketplace. Place it in your kingdom and then move it to a different place once it's done building. Create two cream from the Dairy Barn, this cost 2 milk and 2 minutes each. After you've completed this, you move on to Magnus' quest, Oats Oats Hearty Oats.
